I am looking to rent a one room condo in the NW (preferable in around the panorama, country hills - ish area), for myself. Looking to get in April/08. No sharing, or basement suites pls.

If anyone has anything or knows someone that does, pls pm me.

I know a guy that'll have Basement Suites in the Uni area around that price range opening up for April. He's got super quiet renters and are really nice places.
