Did you find a Canadian supplier? How much? Why didn't you buy staggered? What offsets did you get?

Normally, I'm really not a fan of black rims. But on that car, they should look pretty sweet. Nice purchase!

Why would you order civic sized wheels for your 2? 17x9=sex not 7's.

ull enjoy these wheels i have a set in HB.. but why u didnt get staggered boggles my mind...and for these wheels i test fitted em with 17x8s.....yea... the16" wheels look REALLY tiny even on the two for these wheels
not to mention.. dont anything over 215 fronts usually require fender rolling?! plz correct me if im wrong but isnt that what most ppl say in mr2oc's big wheel thread?!

LOL I didn't want 17's, the 16's will be fine for me. I want to get as lighweight as I could while still keeping things strong/etc.

I meant the width more than anything. The contact patch of a 215 is nothing, and anything wider on those wheels will look like crap.

yee you can still do 16 in the rear just do like 16x8 in rear and 16x7 front...... from what i hear it makes a world of difference... thats what im running anyways...

once again dosent anything wider than 215 require fender rolling?! or....no :S

i hope not i have 245's... i think it also matter on offset regarding how they fit and what not...

Oh, I read ya. I got the 16's because I wanted the car to be a bit lower as well.

wow, rim sexiness, huh? but have no clue about offsets?
basically it will mean if you had no clue about your offsets, then your wheels will either be sucked in or sticking out... basically the difference between your wheels looking sexy, or looking like ass...
here is some help, looks like you need it:

16x7 is THIN man... It's fine for the front but the rear, you want something a lot wider so you can get some meaty tires!
Uhh... okay, this is my exact order according to the guy I just called to make sure this wasn't all fucked up:
F:16x7 +35
R:16x8 +45
That seems okay to me. Should I be cancelling this?

they may be ok, but sound like they'll be sucked in quite a bit...
here is a thread that may help you some more:
http://forums.beyond.ca/st/205601/wheel-ideas/
and here is a better guide to give you a better understanding of offsets:

And BTW, your wheels will look nothing like they do in that picture... because of the offsets that you ordered, you will not have that concave look to it that you probably think is the sexy thing about them... with those FWD offsets that you got, they will look more like this, these are 17x9 with a +35 offset (notice how flat looking the face is instead of the spokes 'coning' into the centre):

Your front wheels are going to be about 13mm tucked and your rear wheels about 23mm (an inch). The rears will look terrible, IMO. I sure as hell wouldn't be special ordering brand new wheels that didn't fit perfectly, but that's just me.

I think this is why they make spacers

Why would you spend good money on a brand new set of wheels only to have to buy spacers to make them fit right? I can understand if you found a set of used wheels you liked and wanted to use, but not if you're buying something new.

Why didnt you say that to begin with? all you said was 16X7
I only mentioned 16 up front and 17 rears because i like that look aswell
Using the mr2 caluclator and the specs above:
Your proposed front wheel will be 12.35 mm tucked in from flush (flush offset: 22.65).
Your proposed rear wheel will be 22.35 mm tucked in from flush (flush offset: 22.65).

wow those will look sick on your 2
Ahh shit, I think I'm going to have this order adjusted because I don't want to mess around getting them to look right. Thanks for the heads up y'aallllllll
