Hey I know on Macbooks they have that quick launch bar, and i know one is available for PC as well.
the one i am looking for is a quick launch bar, and as you mouse over it, the icons appear to scroll, and get larger for the one directly under your mouse.
anyone know what this program is called and where i can download it?
