What are the Vacation pay laws in Alberta? In BC, part timers get 4% of gross pay...what is it here? I work 16 hours a week on the weekends at this place and have yet to see a cent of Vacation pay....and I just quit so I'm hoping to see it on the next paycheque.

most places will give it to you with your final pay, there should be a sheet that you get that has the break down

I work in HR and yes it is a minimum of 4% usually for hourly paid employees.
Did you sign a contract when you joined this company? That information should be detailed on it.
Unless requested by the employee, the 4% vacation is to be paid on each paycheck by the employer.

yeah 4% and they will either have it acumulate and pay out when you take vacation, or pay it on each checque, either way your paystub should show you the amount put a side or payed on your cheque
