finding the right driveer for a computer

i have a computer my brother gave me he tried to reformat only installing xp then relize he doesn't have teh cds for the drivers. now how do i find out wat stuff he has in the computer so i can get the correct cds to isntall... the computer is less thenn a year old so would like to get up and running.

If its a mainstream computer, like dell, compaq, HP, blah blah blah, go to their website under support and type in the model number which should be on the front. The drivers should all be there. If Its not mainstream, but you can find out what hardware it has, driverguide.com should have what you need.
