Spring is coming and the 240 is getting a performance makeover:
Performance(To be complete within 2.5 weeks):
1995 S14 KA24DE (from a 89 SOHC)
(A/C removed of course)
5 Speed conversion
Brian Crower Stage 2 Cams
OBX pulley set
Drivetrain(To be complete within 2.5 weeks):
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Fidanza 11.lbs aluminium flywheel
Shaftmasters aluminium driveshaft
Exhaust:
Megan 3" Test Pipe
Ebay 3" Cat-back, which sounds decent on the KA :)
Turbo build(to be complete by July):
Stock SR injectors
T28 Disco potatoe (will run on internal stock WG boost)
SSAC manifold
SR elbow & DP
Ebay SR FMIC Piping
Vibrant intercooler
Z32 MAF
SAFC NEO
MSD BTM and MSD SS Coil
Walbro 255 fuel pump
I don't know how much power this setup will make, but judging by similar setups on ka-t.org I predict it will do 210-230 whp with tuning on a dyno.
