Hmm well I just think if that IS his own car, then that's not a wise investment? Given that the car probably cost more than the house. Am I the only one that wouldn't arrange their prioirites like that?

Exactly what I was leaning towards, you could see the same in west hillhurst, killarney, stanley park in Calgary. Even a gutted renos on lots in these areas can be worth over 800k

What I mean is that someone with that taste in cars would NOT live in a shithole like that overpriced van house and the one OP'd.

They COULD be revenue properties or the owner of the CGT stopped by his tear-down site.

No CGT owner would LIVE in that house.

the house doesnt look bad to me, if it has a garage i dont see anything wrong here
