Welder needed for my project

Hey guys,

Thought about posting in marketplace, but wasn't sure if it would be appropriate. They should have a services section - that'd be great.

I'm looking for someone who can weld together some railing pieces for my home. Here are my plans:

I can sand it and paint it - I just want someone to build it. Any takers? Your charge for material and labor?

PS: Measurements not available quite yet, but the 2 pieces are about 4-5 feet long, and the longest piece is about 8-9 feet long. I already have one potentially interested guy, but I want to ensure I get a decent rate, so am looking for a second or third possibility too.
