My room mate has decided to leave and I am now looking for another.
Details:
- (upper) 3 bedroom house in Killarney (shared between 2 people)
- Fully Furnished for the exception of new tenants bedroom
- Master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite.
- House is newly renovated (by me)
- Small fenced yard
- Quiet neighborhood
- 525+ utilities
Requirements:
- MUST be CLEAN!!! (your room is your business)
- Respectable
- Financially responsible
- Responsible
- Mature
- Working / School
- Prefer male (25+)
- Social gatherings occur, although this is not a party house.
I am a 31 yr old male working full time. Since I have moved into this home I have developed a solid business relationship with the home owner. During my stay I have started and almost completed renovating the house and have been able to bring the rent amount down from common inner city prices.
Anybody interested in moving in MUST be alright with a dog (Boston Terrier) who is very well trained, and know how to handle dogs. Unfortunately without coming across as hypocritical, that is the only animal allowed in the house as per the landlords ruling. Technically I am not allowed to have him, although due to the circumstances of my situation the landlord has done me a HUGE favor. Therefore me returning the favor to him by renovating on his dollar. (needless to say the house was shit when I moved in.)
