2000 Jimmy Help

I am assuming its my alternator that going.


If it was a dead battery, it just wouldnt start?


Anyone know of anything else this could be? There was no manual when I bought it, so I cant look up what the battery sign means.

Same thing happened to me. It was the alternator. You can remove it and take it in to most parts stores to have them check it. It only takes about 1/2 hour to remove it. It could also be a bad ground or connection on the alternator.
