depends where u bought em and how old they should have a warranty.
IE sunglass hut gives out a 1 yr warranty i think

certain optical stores are nice, I think it was at northill mall or sunridge but this old lady tightened my glasses screw for free

Certain oakley requires a special type of screwdriver, and usually it is included with the purchase of an oakley. And not all optical stores carry that screwdriver.
