I live in Evanstone area and I want to know the Panorama road NW is going to be open or not...

I tried the calgary.ca but couldn't find the info.

Nope, closed for good. You always have to use that back road (I used to live in creekside)

Trust me it will be A LOT quicker once the ring road opens... till then yeah it's a bitch.
