Stupid Driver.

I had just picked up this car 2 weeks ago, it was 2 much of a car for me, i came out of this accident with only 13 stiches, a turned ankle and a concussion



I hit this pole and at speeds i cant discuss for insurance reasons, but lets just say i was on top of 4th,i sure learn my lesson and after insurance is settled i would like to share my experience maybe it can change somebody life



im 19, i know how to drive, i have driven many fast fast fast cars, nsx, sti, m3s, I dont often drive fast but i just received the car, and it was a perfect straight away i just didnt see the bump and i got air and hit a pole

Yup he wasent hurt at all and his airbags didnt come out lol.

In a crash like that and the air bags don't come out, isn't there something you could do towards the company of the car (BMW)? :dunno: Maybe a Law Suit?

he would've probably gotten hurt even more if the airbags did come out. and since he was driving a lot over the speed limit, i don't think he could blame it on BMW.

Actually, it's an M Coupe. The M roadster, in laymans, is a Z3 with an M powerplant, the coupe is a hard top of a much more limited run....

the airbags didnt deploy because it was a sidways accident, if the front airbag woulda deployed it woulda hurt the driver more... bmw just has smart mechanisms that determine when airbag is needed and when not, unlike some other cars maybe
