I think it went straight to DVD with little or no theatre time. There is a good reason for this. The movie is absolutely BRUTAL. You think it's going to be about the end of the world, but it's really a message from a crappy director about being saved by God, and working through difficult relationships.
Even if these two points were well done, I could have found some redemption in the movie. However, the acting was horrible and the plot non-existent. The best part of the movie is the first 5 minutes, and those minutes in themself were less than stellar.
So, in short- DO NOT RENT THIS MOVIE!!!
It's simply an hour and a half of my life I will never have back.
