Getting Disclosure

Does anyone know the process to get disclosure from the crown prosecutor? Can I just walk into their office, request it and then they will mail it to me? Thanks for the help.

Evidence. In legal terms its called disclosure.

If that is the case, case, I do believe it is on either the 13th or 15th floor of Rocky Mountain plaza (ask in the lobby).

You fill out a sheet with your name, and the offense etc, and they prepare it and call you when it is ready to pick up. They do not mail.

If you are talking criminal court... no idea...

They are not in the court building nor are they in the Rocky Mountain Plaza building anymore.

The new CP office is on the sixth floor of the building (don't recall the address right now) on the North East corner of 6th Avenue and 3 Street SW.

Can someone confirm that this is the location of the provincial Crown Prosecutors office and that I will be able to request my disclosure here as well.

Are you sure that the traffic provincial crown prosecutor's office is at Centrium Place? Some people have said that it is at the 15th floor of the Rocky Mountain Plaza. I only need to get my disclosure for some traffic violations.

Nevermind. I went today and the Crown Prosecutor's Office is located at Centrium Place.
