I paid $200 last month at bestbuy.

bought these for 229 during boxing day
for some reason when i have them hooked up to my laptop i get a buzzing sound coming through (only when laptop is on DC power) if laptop is unplugged there is no noise.
also when i turn them on the subwoofer makes a "pop" sound, called logitech and they have no clue why it does that

This is a problem common to all laptops. There's an interference signal in all AC power that the speakers pick up on. Try using a laptop in a live music performance -- you'd better have a decent battery.
