im hoping it doesnt turn up at all actually....dont wanna see the car stripped. Just want some cash for it and i will be happy.

The brakes were shot and all 4 ksport full coilovers blew when we had that -40C cold spell. Hopefully the car does harm to the thieves. I know it is bad to wish bad things on people but they do have it coming.

Im going to have a turbo parts for sale thread coming up soon. I had a new ramhorn/HX35 full vband combo I was gonna throw on the b series this summer. I will keep everyone posted.....

Well guys, there is a possibility that the car is still out there on the streets. I was in downtown and saw what appeared to be my brothers stolen car. Red EG, HID's, lowered, steelies, with a black exhaust. I was too far (2 blocks) to hang on to it, and had to stop and get blocked by a C-Train, but I'm pretty sure I know what I saw (I used to see it everyday in the garage. Please be on the lookout. Thanks!

Well thanks to 1-bar we have located the car and the cops are all over it. Lucky97 was exactly right on the location. The reason why he did not see the s2000 seats is because he repainted the red part on the seats flat black.

Funny thing is after 1-bar and I went to fill out the report I went back to see what was going on. There was 3 cop cars in the alley where my car was parked but they were towing a red civic EG coupe. Either it was another stolen car or the CPS is having an off day. I specifically said the car that was stolen was a HATCHBACK. Anyways atleast they have the guy who stole my car in custody. What a moron for driving the car around.

For sale thread coming soon.

Here is the big update to clarify what happened:

Yes, the car has been recovered. Thank you to a few people on the CSI:Beyond Calgary crew. Lucky97 spotted it close to the location it was found and called it in, but I guess it wasn't there when the cops took a look. 1-bar was the one who actually saw it and heard it drive by twice where he was at/working (the perp was driving it hard and loud with the wastegate wide open and BOV going off) and took a quick cruise around the community and found it. He and my brother went to the police, and I guess they arrested someone, but they towed the wrong civic to the impound (they towed a civic coupe that was parked near it instead of the hatch). I drove by where it was found later on around suppertime, and to my surprise, my brothers car was still sitting there. Drove by and got a few shots before I called the police just to make sure that it was my brothers.

Here are pics of where it was sitting:
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2116/2359442504_a619ecbbe3_o.jpg
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3205/2358608209_5b94a185d8_o.jpg
http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2376/2359442370_13af911690_o.jpg

Called in the cops, and they told me to wait where I could still see the car in case it took off again. They showed up, checked a couple things, then came back to me saying that the VIN plate was different. They asked me to identify things on the outside to make sure that it was indeed the right car. I identified the black exhaust, painted front corner signals, and the crack underneath the license plate pocket in the rear. They want back to the car, and sure enough, they were all there. They took me to the car to take a closer look. Looks like whoever took the car went through a bit of trouble to make it look a bit different on the outside. The Benen towhook was removed, the S2000 top seatbacks that I had painted red had been resprayed black again (crappy job), and the side mirrors that were previously black are now red. Closer inspection of the inside shows that they took out the autometer gauges, and they stole the car after cutting the steering wheel to get the Club off of it.

We still haven't looked at the car at the impound because it looks like the crime labs wanna look at it closer. There were all sorts of things and belongings inside that weren't my brothers, and it looks like the VIN was not just replaced, it was made, along with the matching door jamb sticker which was brand new and looked legit, until the cop peeled it to reveal the original one underneath with the proper VIN number.

Thats all we know so far. Oh, and someone from the house across the street went into the car and got something, then went back into the house as I was waiting for the cops to show up. The cops went into the house, but didn't look like any arrests were made.

They towed the wrong civic? Was it another stolen one, or was it just some random guy's car?

Glad to hear it's been recovered. Sounds like the thieves went to a lot of trouble to try to make it look legit.

 to beyond csi!

A little, but chances are that they will be in a big hurry, so they'll bail when they find that the car won't start.

In the off chance they are some sort of lunatic, I suppose it's better to have a beat up interior than never seeing the car again...

I reiterrate my statement. Tell cps to chill and we'll have another late night beyond meet. Steps to success:
1. Knock on the door
2. Yell out you'll be joining Dr. Zoidberg in buttfcuk land!
3. Punch him in the face and tell him to give back the steering wheel club and all
4. Ride out dirty, just dont let cps catch you lol
