if its your joints that are getting stiff what you will want to do is ice them after working out.

Explain stiff joints???

I've had stiff muscles, due to lack of stretching, over working them, etc..

But I've never heard of stiff joints?

I've had pain in my joints, but stiff???

Get All Flex from All Max Nutrition
You can get it at Popeye's. Works great!

i guess its a combination of the muscle directly around the joint being stiff, and a bit of pain in the joint..
i think i may just be over working since i took a few months off....

Buy a large sack of epsom salts and soak in a hot bath after workouts until you get back in the swing of things, it will help you out.

Simple, If the movement is leaving you partially immobilized, STOP DOING IT! A little pain and stiffness now will lead to a whole world of hurt down the road.

On a side note if you're not actually doing damage to the joint (which is really hard to access) Band warm-ups can work wonders too. Vit C before and after the workout, or Glutamine could work too.

Stay 21 forever?

No seriously.....you'll find that joint pain is almost unavoidable when you get over 30. I've had to change my entire approach to exercise to compensate for this. Gone are the days of heavy weights and 4 - 6 rep sets. It's all 15 rep sets now. With that said, it's almost as effective as the heavy sets anyway.

Tuck your elbows in.

If it hurts don't do it. :D

Supplements that I suggest, a blend with Glucosamin, Chondrion and MSM. Get it in a liquid for better absorbtion.

This may or may not work but it works for me so I'm sharring it with you.

Cheers
