Going to be having an outdoor event soon and I'm wondering if any one has ever used a good catering company for a stampede function or any other large event, where you dont really know how many people will show up for lunch. So far our guess is maybe around 500 people but it could be alot more depending on weather.

edit - food will have to be burgers or hotdogs with salads or other type of quick food that you would have for a spring break / tailgate party.

Thanks.

Good Time Catering is fantastic. We used them for our event and we've heard nothing but good things.

Talk to Beat Schmassmann from A Splendid Affair. He's able to handle up to 2500 people and he just moved into a new massive kitchen.
