Im buying a house and need a lawyer. Anyone have a good real estate lawyer? Approximate cost?

OK I searched and found a couple lawyers to call, what kind of cost should i be looking to get though? i have had quotes of $1000 which includes everything is this average?

$1000 sounds average for a home
