Probably not going to get much interest on beyond, but I'll have a 936sqft 2BR 2BA condo up for rent at the end of March. It comes with in suite laundry, gas BBQ, gas fireplace, 1 underground parking stall, 1 energized surface stall, 1 underground storage cage.
It has the perfect layout for room mates since the master bedroom has an attached 4 piece bathroom, and the second bedroom is right beside the second bathroom.
I'll take some pictures and post them when the tenants are out. I'm looking for 1300 a month and that will include gas and water. The tenant will cover electricity, phone, cable etc.
