Hey does anyone know how I find current judicial home sales in Calgary?

Those of you that are agents is it possibl to look it up in mlx?

Yes, it is possible to set up a search for court seized properties on MLXchange.

Judicial sales SUCK. I have yet to see a good deal recently. There's always some moron with too much money on his hands and ends up bidding more than the house is worth.

^ Yeah, pulled the judicial listings over the past year. All junk that has sold at/near non-judicial sales. I was hoping there would be a resonably priced tear-down on a less attractive (to investors) sub 50' lot.
