FT: Xbox 360 elite for PS3

Have a 1 month old 360 elite (have to check if I have the receipt, got it from BB in Sunridge). Want to get a PS3 for the F1 game and logitech wheel, a sony exclusive.

I have the original box and have not used the xbox live membership, or black plug and play kit, or wireless headset.

Includes games of:

Halo 1 for Xbox
Dirt
COD4
GHIII with wireless Ron Paul (edit: Les Paul, left in for hilarity, could you imagine a wireless ron paul)
Ace Combat
NHL 2007

The whole system is in phenomenal shape, I got it without doing my homework as for someone like me a PS3 is a better system. Nothing wrong with it, and the elite is a kick ass system with the 120GB HDD, HDMI Cable, all black finish on all matching pieces.

I usually don't try to convince ppl to switch sides, but in this case, it's a mistake.

I'll be the first to admit that F1 on the PS3 is pretty fun, but only because it's the ONLY next gen F1 game available today. The physics is arcady, there's no real setup options, and the graphics are bland. It's still fun because it's the only way to experience F1 tracks lol.

Anyways, Sony already lost the F1 license to EA last year. EA also signed Lewis Hamilton last year to star in a F1 game coming to both 360 and PS3 sometime this year. EA has a history of working on games for 360 then doing mediocre ports to PS3.

I'd stick with the 360 for now.

The crappy ports are coming to an end.

Also F1 is much bigger in Europe than NA, and Europe is Sony land. It would hurt them to make a mediocre version on the PS3.

because the 360 elite is worth quite a bit more new than a 40gig PS3 new PLUS all the things I have included I think I would either want a trade for a 60/80 or a fully loaded 40


from the reaction I am getting from PM's and such it seems that I will be sticking with the 360.

Keep in mind that the 40Gb is NOT backward compatible (this may change with an update, but sont count on it)
