Ask around at the Chinese Cultural Centre, they usually teach calligraphy classes there and I'm sure there's a teacher there that they'd recommend to do it for you.

There's a Chinese artist at the Calgary Farmer's market that might be able to hook you up. I think I've seen caligraphy for sale there.

i believe theres a guy in cultural centre that will write out whatever you want in the traditional caligraphy for you.

dont ask me which store or who though cause i heard this from a friend
