I can speak english
then for french: new brunswick (acadian) french
France french (the real french)
Quebec french (different from frances by a long shot and has alot of slang originating and remaining only in quebec)
i have family in quebec and spent alot of time in France which is why I can speak both. Also for people thinking it's merely speaking the same language it is and it isn't. The variations are pretty extreme where france will understand someone from quebec mostly, but won't understand my french from NB due to the words and accent.
I can speak a bit of spanish as well but not much.

Same for me, gf is from NB, I am french Canadian and I have been to France and have a few French friends there. You have to completely change how you speak French for them to even understand :P
Also speak some very very basic Spanish.
