after saturday nights snow,,i was driving at 68 st. , doing around 40 clicks . suddenly my car spund around 360 degrees hitting the curb . Damn , i dont know what happened there, i believed i just put the gear down. Anyway my driver rear wheel was bent and pushed in. It does not turn anymore so i had it towed at my paid off condo.
Q. Do you think it would cost too much to get it fixed?
I did not have time to call any mechanic yet for i was waiting for my bro. in law to get back from holiday..

I say something is up, you had it towed AT your place. Obviously it's your parent's car and you're just trying to fix it before they get back from vacation.

Anyway, try not to damaged during a spund after nights snow,,.

Did you have winter tires at all?

and I did the same thing back in 07" and I had winter tires... except I was doing 60 on a clear road... and I thought up ahead was just water melted on the road but ended up to be an ice rink....

Cost me 9K in the end to fix my car :)

I beleived the sudden change in speed due to putting the gear in down caused your car to spund around. It's like hitting the brakes on an icy road.

Sounds like you money-shifted and took out half of your rear suspension. I'd be surprised if it wasn't written off. List of possible damage: bent rim, bent rear control arms (both of 'em), bent rear trailing arm, ripped the trailing arm mount out of the subframe, damaged drive axle, damaged diff from having the axle pushed in, sheared bolts, frame damage. If you actually did moneyshift you could have hit your valves. So you could be looking at anywhere from a grand to several thousand in repairs.

:D

Actually, it sounds like english is not this person's first language, so I'll let the atrocious spelling and grammar slide.

We might make fun of it because it sounds hilarious, but we're not making fun of eikna.

Take it into an alignment/tire shop and see get the tire/rim fixed and have them do an alignment, they will tell you whats wrong.
