Can anyone direct me to a site with any info about this car.

I've always been lucky but this tops anything else. So here I am talking to my previous boss who is a family friend as well. I explained to him how i was looking for part time work so that i could get a car.(Probably a Mazda Protege) He agrees to hire me to help me out and says "You know, I still have a 1989 Toyota Celica in my garage, why don't you take it ?"
After realizing he was serious, we went to check it out, and wow! Mint condition, 90clicks only no rust. It could use a spoiler and some rims though.
Free car, cheaper insurance, the ability to save for a bigger downpayment on the car i would really like.....awesome.

if you were buying i'd say get the gt-s...the gt is wimpy...don't think they even make a rated 100hp

I have an 1988 GT. I believe they were rated at 115hp. Gutless as hell...but still a very fun car. I'll never sell mine.
