just a question would this fit a silvia or not? cant really notice if this is for the flip up headlights or not

UM nop, this will only fit a 180/240 sx up to the year 94
you can slighty do some fabraction work, but it would look like shit, but if you want, and some people do this, you can get a 180 conversion to the front end of the car, but thats a lot of money for a simple bumper, NAHH MEAN?? lol
