Photoshop users!: need some quick help.

I'm about as amateur of a user as it gets..and usually I'm pretty good at playing around and fluking the effects that I want..but can't seem to figure out how to 'tile' the attached picture. I need it to be tiled side by side so that it looks like a continous bar across the bottom of a print ad i'm trying to make.

I didn't, I just did it in paint, select, copy, paste, line up. I was just really bored at work so I figured I would see what I could do

i'm just wondering if theres a way in photoshop thats more time efficient than doing it manually
