"On CTV's Mike Duffy Live, author and historian Michael Bliss called the current state of the market the "worst financial crisis since 1931."

Nothing like sending people scrambling.... makes it sound like there is nation-wide pandemoneum.

and even for people who aren't full time traders, this can be good news. If you are looking to invest, the whole market is on sale, and those "experts" think the sale will last a long time, or even get better.

Feel sorry for anyone retiring this year who left it all in equities though.
