I just won an Xbox 360 Arcade and I don't need it because I've already got one. Just wondering if anyone out there has a Future Shop receipt for one that was purchased in the last 30 days. Also, the payment needs to be cash or debit. Correct me if I'm wrong on the debit thing, but I know if you payed with credit card, they make you put it back on the same card.

I'll give you $10 for the receipt. Thanks.

You won't be able to do an exchange because once they scan your xbox to do an exchange, the serial number won't match.

you will not be able to return it anywhere with someone else's receipt, they all record the serial numbers.

Also, if the purchase is made ona credit card, it doesn't have to go back ont he same credit card, it just has to go back on the same type of card (Visa, MC, AMEX)


your only option at this point is to sell it.

+1 i can also confirm on the whole serial # thing....you should have noticed them write it down and do the whole proceadure thing on your first xbox360 when you bought it :rolleyes:

I'm not trying to screw anyone over (Future Shop). I won it and I don't need it and its in "like new" condition. But since the receipt option is out, I'm selling it for $240 obo. I've already had a couple people ask so here you go. I also have it posted in the video games section.

the serial number doesnt matter, a "friend" did something like this with no problems. Or just bring it to walmart return it with no receipt get store credit. next day go buy another xbox with your store credit and you'll get a receipt, next day return it and you get money back.
