The only problem with the GT-R is prospective owners will have to come to grips with being seen in one of the ugliest vehicles to take to the streets since the Aztec

Its a hideous, slab sided box covered with cheap looking vents, mismatched ground effects and awful wheels. It is one of the most unattractive vehicles I have ever seen..

Im gona have to agree with you on the ground effects and the overall apprearnce of the vechile however, I do not think Nissan was going for a "pretty" car if you know what I mean, it seems to be really aggressive ya know? but your right, that doesnt mean they can completetly ignore the cosmetics/design appeal of the car.

That's subjective, I think it looks great.

i liked it better at this stage of the concept designs...

but it's still very impressive and good looking imo

Skylines have never been really good looking cars, but you cant deny the performance. i think the new one follows in those footsteps... its ugly as hell, but extremely fast for its price. although, given the choice, i would take an R34 over it.

true enough though that looks are subjective... regardless, nissan isn't going to have any troubles selling these.

So ugly, but it absolutely handed the Z06 it's ass, which is impressive as that was by far the best deal until this bad boy came out. GM must be scrambling seeing these numbers.

Impressive performance. Personally, I don't think the GT-R's front end is the greatest looking but it looks better in person and not in white.

Porsche must scrambling as well. The Corvette is still a good deal compared to the Porsche and if you want a V8.

...when it comes to just the numbers, Japan's new super coupe has caught and surpassed the German thunder car, meaning that now, when you say Porsche, there is a substitute.
There used to be one but now there are two substitutes for $60 000 less

I think it's just the white that's throwing the car off. The GT-R at the auto show looked awesome in silver. That and the thought that this car can rape almost anything straight out of the dealership give me tingles!

People that like Corvettes will still buy them, and same goes for Porsche fans.

I don't think this car is going to swing any bandwagons any way, but since it is so easy to drive a lot of not as good drivers will buy it to have fun.

Not a huge fan of the styling, but you just can't argue with the performance.

 Too true

I agree with destinova, I would get an R34 over this new one although I respect the performance of the new GT-R, I like the old skyline more.
