I just noticed my license plate delete panel on my front bumper has several broken clips and keeps falling partway off.

Where can I get some super strong 2 sided tape to throw underneath and avoid buying a new plate for $100 + paint?

I was really hoping to see something about mounting a body kit in this thread.

I'd say try Princess Auto.

Carpet tape? or else use either 3M trim adhesive (really good, not cheap - I think about $30) or there's a glue they sell at the hardware stores (brand name is Goop? I think?). They have a variety for car trim, it works okay, and it's less than $10 for a tube.

Go to Home Depot. In the drywall tools/paint tools section you will find 3M double sided tape. $12 for a roll. It is used for "exterior mounting" or something. I used it to hold my side skirts on. Crazy strong and not too expensive.

3M tape is 3M tape. Doesn't matter where you buy it. I buy mine at Home Depot and it works like a charm.
