In the title is says "2 quater acre"...I assumed it was 1/4 of one acre, times two.

But in the descriptions, it lists both as over 100 acres? Do I not understand land divisions? Or is there typo in here?

2 quarter SECTIONS maybe? :dunno:

Section is 640 acres. 2 1/4's would be 320 total?

I think the OP means two quarter sections. A quarter section is 160 acres normally, so these must be oddly shaped.

^^ those are quarter section locations so I would assume you are right

What S&D project are these properties from?

And it's definitely not a quarter section for those prices. They are two 1/4 acre units.

Sorry for the confusion...

The lots are from S&D's Royal Links and Royal Links Point project. I own a quarter acre of undivided interest raw land from each project; ¼ acre from Royal Links and ¼ acre from Royal Links Point.

You can't build a house on these lands as they are not serviced yet. The Royal Links land is zoned for residential and the Royal Links Point land is zoned for commercial. What usually happens is you buy and hold this land for 3-5 yrs, then S&D will either develop the land themselves or another developer will buy it and develop it. I was hoping to hold on to it longer because Windrose is already on their last phase of development, http://www.maclab.com/overall_map_s_windrose.html but my wife wants a house.

no because the land is not yet developed and serviced...

If it's an undivided interest, how can you build anything at all on them?

like i explained before, you can't build anything on these lands as they are not developed nor serviced yet. these lands are meant to be investments. basically, a developer will end up offering to buy the whole project or S&D will developed the land themselves.
