how to capture screen shots

Okay guys i need some help?? How would i get some screen shots from a video i dl'd from kazaa??? and NO is not a porn! haHAH

Have the Video Primarily selected on your desktop and press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.

Then open Paint and Select PASTE. the video screenshot will appear in the window, then just cut it out from the player. :)

I tried to do a print screen once but when i opened it up in PS the area where the video was, it showed up all black. Didnt do it quite like how you explained but Ill try it again.. thanks

have it whre u want it. press print screen, go to a image edition software and right click and paste... or on a word document click and paste
