Depends if its stuck on or screwed. If stuck on, get a heat gun and some dental floss to get through the sticky tape.
If screwed its easy to remove it but you will need a body shop to patch up the holes and paint them. (if you plan to go spoilerless.)

great.. thanks for the reply bro. any estimate on how much it would cost to get it done? and how much do you think the junkyard would give me for a spoiler lol?

Your probably looking at 500 to get the holes welded up and then painted.

Probably next to nothing for the spoiler. You can try on here but i cant really see it being a hot item lol.

welded up? unless there are giant holes for the screws, i dont think anything more than a good sand down, bondo, primer and paint job would be necessary.

You could also use plugs. If you don't have the money to fix the trunk. That also gives you the option of going back to the spoiler if you don't like the way it looks without the spoiler.

it'll be difficult to find

I have to get my spoiler holes filled as well :(
They're starting to rust. I hope I can find a shop that'll do a good job on that.

I've contacted Screamin' Paintworks about this same thing.
I've got 6 holes on my trunk a little smaller than a dime if I were to remove my lip spoiler. The quote was 500-600 to remove, weld, and paint. Not a cheap thing to do fo something so little.. but if it's really needed, then what can ya do?
