Where to get a box built

what kind of custom box? if you are looking for a custom fit wood box, visions can do that. if you need a fiberglass box or anything other than a generic rectangle box i beleive audio concepts are the only ones offering that service. but they are quite expensive i beleive....

depends what kind of box and all, WRXER1, does alot of jobs for beyonders, so i would pm him and see if he can do it as well.

my friend does fibreglass boxes, he can show you some examples and stuff and he is not a company, so i'm sure he will do it cheap for you. pm me and ill give you his number

quinn security i believe theyre kinda pricy they quoted me 500 if is something easy and then from there up depending on how complex u want it ... theyre good tho

Poorboys in Lethbridge, I used to work with their Car audio guy back in my A&B Sound days, and have seen and heard a bunch of his installs... awesome stuff. Thing is a lot of people can make sub boxes to spec, and a lot of people can fiberglass stuff. But actually making an acoustic enclosure is something that takes experience. And it's very unlikely the average guy installing decks and remote starters for a living is going to be any good at this..

Bottom line... don't expect it to be cheap, but just because you go to visions and pay a guy $500 doesn't mean it's going to be good either.

If you are more of an SPL guy, Stay Tuned (also in Leth) is most well known for that. Bob is also a great guy, don't know how much glassing they do though.

I got some boxes made a long time ago at Alarmtec. Great quality, sounded awesome, and they are priced so reasonable.

They do really great clean work too for wiring alarms etc..

I have started to make my own box. I have about 6 layers on there. but now i need a sub ring to finish off the front. No one will sell me one!!! Does anyone know where i can buy one. or is there anyone that can make me one, flush mount for a 12" eclipse.
