does this have vtec?

I believe it works with any OBD1 application, Vtec or not. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong.

oh my bad, i thought you had it on an ecu already. haha so this is just the chip

It is very easy to attach it onto the ecu. This is just sitting someone take it away for $100
