Making 3D graphs in C#

Hey

Does anyone know any free packages i can use to make 3D graphs in C#?

I want to graph something like this.

OR

the graph is from xtrachart in developer express. it costs like 300 bucks and I dont have 300 bucks. Anyone know where i can get it for free?

What version of .net can you run? You might want to check out .Net 3.0 or higher.
