As the people who are into soccer would probably know that the chances of a Manchester United and Barcelona semi-final are quite big!!

Anyone else excited about this? I can't freaking wait, I usually like the both teams, but I always dreaded the time when I will have to pick one of them. I think it's going to be Manchester United, but either way I think it's going to be an amazing game, if it happens!!

the Chelsea game though was on TSN alternate feed as the Liverpool/Arsenal game was on TSN and the same thing happens next week which is gay IMO

Also, next week the UTD game will be on the alternate field...and with no satellite I can't watch the game...

Nicholas Anelka used to play for FB last season. It must be weird for him go back to Istanbul to play against FB. but he is not in the game anyway.

Definately, Manchester United - Barcelona semi-final looks set and those two will definately go all out against each other.

I'm a huge United fan so of course i'm gonna say United is gonna win it this year, but Barcelona could have something to say about that.

Who can forget '99 eh? I mean United and Barcelona in the group stage went out it twice and both times it came out to 3-3. Remember that amazing bicycle kick from Rivaldo? I still remember those games like it was yesterday, haha, so this time around, it's bound to be just as entertaining.

Arsenal Liverpool is still up in the air and I believe Liverpool can do it. It's weird with them. Even though I hate both of them with a passion, I want Liveprool to go through because they're actually a better side to play than Arsenal. Liverpool suck in the Premiership, but are good in the Champions League, but whatever.

Fenerbahce is gonna clean Chelsea's clocks in my opinion. Ya, it's a long shot, but those Turks have really turned themselves around with Zico as their coach. They looked down and out against Chelsea and possibly still do since Chelsea got that lucky away goal from an unlucky Deivid, but I believe they can come through in Stamford Bridge and take it.

It's kinda disappointing though. I mean, I really wanted like United - Milan in the final or United Barca or at least Real Madrid, but it just keeps shaping up to an English final. I mean, where's the fun in that? haha. If it's Liverpool, then damn, there's no challenge in that and if it's Arsenal, then I might as well sleep because yet another United / Arsenal clash will decide something...

United Fenerbahce? haha, could be a pretty weird final, but it'd be something at least.

Nevertheless... UNITED TO WIN! :D Haha

Whoooo the fuck are Man Uniiiited! :D Sorry, Liverpool fan, it's my job. 1-1 after the first leg with an away goal. Arsenal will be hard pressed to do any better at Anfield than they did at Emirates. It's even harder to concentrate when you add 40 000 Liverpool fans (as that's all you could really hear in London on Wednesday) Also, the Saturday league match between them will be different, since they won't have to deal with Mascherano due to the suspension. He was a pain in their ass quite a bit. I just hope the possession is a bit different this time around. Liverpool let them screw around with the ball a bit much.

Haha, ya for sure.

No offense, but Mascherano is a pretty useless player at times and he's known to have cost games because of his various wrong doings. Don't get me wrong, he's good at what he does, but in terms of attitude, ya, he's a turd, haha. Liverpool should off load him and get someone better.

The Champions League ended(for me) when Los Merengues screwed up yet again.

I really hope the Scousers pull through and beat the gunners, what kind of Englishman would really go and cheer for the gunners? About the only Englishmen that I can think of that plays for the gunners is Walcott, there are probably more but they are suck just as bad as the rest of the team and are barely on the first team.

Screw Chelski also just for good measure.

I can sort of cheer for the Red Devils because of Hargreaves, but having Tevez on there as an Argentino really makes me cringe. At least they don't play typical Limey football and can be somewhat exciting at times.

Red Devils are gonna take it all this time. I am more excited about the Man U, Barca semi-finals than the actual finals even if Man U makes it to them, which I am praying that they will and finally win.

I'd even be happy with an all English final. Liverpool is not a bad team and even the gunners did quite well almost through out the premiership until they screwed up in the end, but I think they have showed that they have potenial especially the way they have played without Henry.

I am not too fussed who is the final as long as one of them are the Red Devils.

Fenerbahce is gonna have more muscle since Roberto Carlos is gonna be playing in the next game. They are gonna win anyway after that I want M. united for FB. In the past FB beat united before so this time we ll see :) C. Ronaldo is a good player but FB got R. Carlos in defence. We ll see what happens.

Oh man what an amazing game. I don't like either of the teams and I was left breathless on few occassions. Feel bad for Arsenal though they played really well and arguably deserved a better result.

So Liverpool and Chelsea meet third time in a 3 year period in semi-finals. That would be interesting to see. And offcourse the Man U game tomorow.

Congrats to to the Liverpool fans. On a side note, ottamania, aren't you glad no one took that bet up? lol

Was hoping for Barcelona but this isn't a bad result. I'm looking forward to seeing them clean house and rebuild their team, hopefully around quick pace-y youngsters like Bojan and Messi.

I have to hand it to Manchester, they're absolutely unstoppable this year. For some reason though, I just don't like seeing it. But it's not like they've won it in a while. Either way, I'd definitely take Man Utd over Liverpool, and definitely definitely take them over Chelsea.

If Chelsea wins tomorrow, the final is going to be ugly, especially with those two battling for Premiership simultaneously.

FYI: Man U has won every European final they've got to.

I watched the Man U game yesterday it was so nerve wrecking especially near the end. Was so glad when the ref finlly blew the whistle. Totally forgot about tonights game but checked the result. Seems like Chelsea broke their against Liverpool in semi-finals. So both big cups and the same contenders. Premiership will be decided by the 11th of May and can't wait till the 20th for the Final of the Champions league.

I'm so jealous of Moscow right now. We were in Glasgow when this game was played last year. The whole city turned into a giant party that weekend. We even got to see the cup brought through the airport while we were waiting to catch our flight home (our terminal held the seville fans who were also all going home, so it was a giant happy gong show)

We don`t get regular cable so TSN is a paid channel but we have ESPN which keeps on crashing. So I am just listening to the commentary on the net, been waiting for ages to go to the gym, just can`t leave the game at this stage!
