Like I mentioned....I just bought a house now I need to apply for all the utilities necessary!! YAY!

Never done this...so don't know where to start or what is required.

Water, Sewage, Electric, and Gas....where do I go abouts or number to call?

Call up enmax and direct energy. You can probably find their numbers on google or superpages(I'm too lazy to search). Try Direct energy first because they have packages that include everything you listed so it's conveniently on one bill.

Congrats. You could also try EasyMax with Enmax which is electricity, heat and water all on one bill as well. You should compare rates though with Direct Energy. http://www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca/4.html

When you take possession, I really recommend you read your natural gas meter and give that info to Atco the day of (they can walk you through it) so you don't get charged on stupid estimates and pay $200 for gas in the first month. Atco "tries" to do the readings monthly  and then submits that information to your natural gas provider (Enmax, Direct Energy, etc.) if they get around to it, so you're better off doing it yourself if you want it to be accurate.

Also, if you search Alberta Energy Savings LP with Scam/Fraud, you'll notice that they're not a good company to go with for gas/heat and that they pressure people into shitty contracts that have hefty cancellation fees.

Your realtor and/or lawyer should have a check list that they can give you to help out with that.
