If you sign up online they do. I have no idea how people are being picked but it seems most people get their letters right away. I *did* get to sit in one at the dealership the other day though, along with the new M3. Very nice, both of them.

If they gave you a PIN, you're supposed to register the PIN and pick a date between April 18-20 and the time that you wanna attend the event.

I went today in the afternoon and it was pretty fun despite the crappy weather. I was surprised how it handled the autocross course and the 135i was impressive.

A loaded cab or even the coupe can get over 50K!

I called BMW, they said its still on. They have switched the tires on the cars to winter tires.

I have a PIN for this event this afternoon at 3pm, I called Gallery BMW and they said the event was off today? :dunno:

I have trouble seeing BMW drive their shinny new cars through the snow and ice.

You'd be surprised but the dealership they would be more than willing to let me test drive a 135. :rolleyes:

I work at COP and if the bmw event thats happening right now is the one you guys are talking about, then hells yeah its still on and it looks like some of the ppl testing these cars are having a real good time.

Went yesterday and it's really fun. They pretty much ask you to doriftu the car, since they setup a hairpin where they dumped a whole bunch of sand at the apex and ask you to floor it as you hit the apex, on summer tires of all things :D
