As the topic says I think I lost my damn tps and I need the pn to see if it cross references with anything available here. Has anyone used a g2 tps on a g3? Dammit lol.

1994 MR2 turbo TPS part #: 89452-12040

Same part number as the g2 TPS, as well as pretty much every other Toyota from 1988-1995 lol.

Is that a JDM 94 turbo or a USDM part number? I sure hope theyre the same.. that would ease my mind, thanks for the help so far.

USDM... I would imagine they're the same because like I said it looks like every single toyota from 88-95 used the same TPS.

Well the gen3 runs a different throttle body and the era of this particular tps was 94-99...

oh well $20 is a decent price for a tps. hows the car running by the way?? does it idle properly? a lot of gen3s seem to idle higher than normal and there is not idle adjustment since its computer controlled.

ya i did the same thing, its a pretty easy although slightly time consuming. if you need a hand let me know. did you take the throttle body off to clean it??
