WTB: Under 3500 car

i'm looking at buying a new car for around 4000ish...
i'm looking for a 91+ civic hatch, 91+240 or a 94+integra(willing to look at 91+ too). It must be a manual and hope to have a sunroof but it doesnt have to have one.

so i have the money now so if anyone has anything like that please post.

also have a nissan skyline that i would be willing to trade for the car
