This one-of-a-kind event will feature high end street legal cars, such as Lamborghini’s, Ferrari’s, Maserati’s and more.

Sounds like ZR will be there.

A $2500 entry fee is pretty steep. Should be cool to watch though!

$2500 + Safety check is just to make sure nobody with a souped up Civic showing up.

The money + charity is buying police escort for the event. Where it may be possible to let the car stretch its legs a bit without hassle from the law. Much like the one in LA where $$ were donated to the highway patrol's family fund.

$2500 for an exotic owner isn't much anyway.

I won't pay as a spectator. But I guess you can volunteer and watch for free.

I will just wait for the video with the tacky knight rider themed music

$75 for a ticket, I can watch F1 drivers for cheaper!

No date set yet, looks a little suspicious, but I may sign up in the future if I hear about any friends who are going. The Viper I'd use is a bit scary at those high speeds though........

It is being held August 9th-10th for the Speed Run and the Car Show.
I have a friend with a Supercharged Elise that is thinking of running in it, as well as a family family friend who has several newer Lamborghinis.

Yep, you'll be welcome, but don't expect people to cheer when your car tops out at 150 KM/H:rofl:

I'd like to see what they do at some of the other charities.
There's a small entry fee (say $1,000). Then, you drive down the road and try to hit whatever top speed you can. Based on your speed, that's your additional contribution. So someone in an Enzo will contribute more than someone in a Civic.
