I sent my old one in for repair and they sent me a new one. i have no need for it since i just bought an iphone. i cant seem to find the cable and earphones for it, if i do i'll include em with ipod. its BNIB untouched.

edit: the reason that I cant find the cable and earphones is that apple only replaces the part that needs repair. so they just sent me back a new ipod nano 2nd gen.
