Broken Plastic Screws Help

Hi guys,
I need some advice as I'm clueless as to how I can fix this.

Basically I was switching out the license plate on my girlfriend's car last night, and as I went to go turn the second screw (it's plastic), it broke into a few pieces. So now it's stuck in the hole with barely any plastic sticking out. I can't turn it...and i can't pull it out....wtf can i do???

Use a drill bit that is smaller than the hole. Then just keep going one size bigger till it breaks apart.
