Ok guys, i just cant wrap my head around this today, i think i need more coffee. well, that and i usually deal with dollar figgures and not time.

I am writing a report to give cost approximations fo a call center where If I can implement a process that saves time on every call, how much of a cost benifit does the company realize...

anyways here is the info:
Saving on avergae 15 seconds per call.
average number of calls per hour: 3
average number of employees working :100
length of shift: 7.5 hours

the numbers i get when calculating this out is saving 562.5 hours which seems way too high. hoping someone with better math skills could help me out.

2250 calls per shift

It is 562.5 minutes saved

or 9.375 hours.
