Are you trying to say this ^ ad is a Filipino ad? That baby doesn't even look like a Filipino, the scribbles look korean and the url says www.godamstudio.co.kr which is kr = korean website just like beyond.ca ca = Canadian

On beyond there are two types of Google Ads. One is contextual in which the content of the page is scanned for the best possible matching ad.

We also get placement ads which have nothing to do with the thread. These ads are placed by advertisers across the entire forum (ex. The BMW 1 Series ads).
