subscriber doesnt accept blocked callers/ calls

How do i turn this off..?

call 310-2255 and ask to have your call blocker removed. easy peasy.

or find out from your cell phone carrier on how to remove outbound caller ID block on a per call basis. on telus mobility it is *82 then dial your number and send
